Minimum Order Price:

Minimum Total Order Value is Rs. 500/- and above. This means customers cannot place the order if the order total is below Rs. 500/-.

Payment Methods:

Golkonda Shop accepts only online payment through credit card, debit card, Rupay Card and net-banking.

Shipping Policy:

Charges for freight shall be currently as per India Posts or any other freight handling service provider which is onboarded by this platform in future. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.

Dispatch: Golkonda Shop will dispatch products for orders, received within 7-10 days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
Delivery: We ship the products currently through Indian Postal Department. Expected delivery time is 7-10 days from dispatch within India. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations

Tariff structure of Speed Post

* Tariff is exclusive of taxes as notified by Central Government from time to time.
* Proof of Delivery charges is INR 10.00 per article in addition to Speed Post charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

Goods once Sold shall not be taken back.
No Refund of money or replacement of products purchased.
