My Account: 1) Do I need an account to purchase a product?

Yes, you will need an account in the portal to purchase a product. In order to add items to your shopping cart and make a purchase, you may create an account by registering and can enjoy value added features at our shop. To set up an account, go to ‘Signup’ at drop menu of guest user on the top right corner of the page http://golkondashop.telangana.gov.in or you may continue with existing facebook or google account.

Guest User:Guest user can also select a product from the site and they may register using contact number and valid email id (eg. xxxx@gmail.com) at checkout.

3. How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Golkonda Shop orders are delivered through India Post. Golkonda Shop will share the Consignment Note # with URL Link provided by India Post. User can track the consignment using India Post link for the Order.

4. How do I make a payment for Golkonda Shop purchase?

Golkonda Shop offers multiple options to make payments for your orders including via Credit/Debit/Rupay Card, Net Banking and UPI. The payment transaction details are remains in confidential and secure.

5. How do I pay online transactions and is it safe?

We accept all Cards both Indian and International. Customers must key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) to complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and secure. Customers required to follow the payment gateway process

6. Am I allowed to change the mode of payment?

No. Once you have made the payments, you cannot change to another mode.
